In order to identify customer needs and expectations Mansfield District Council is required to find out what our customers want and what they expect from the services we provide
Current Consultation
We have developed a well rounded approach to regularly capturing and measuring customer satisfaction against a range of services provided by us including:
· Gas Servicing
· Repairs and Maintenance
· Decent Homes Improvement Works
· Lettings Services
· Temporary Accommodation
· Housing Advice Services

Housing Needs Survey 2009/2010
In addition to the regular consultation, we also undertake large scale surveys of tenants / residents. In 2009 we undertook a Housing Needs Survey; the results of this survey will be used to determine housing policy in the district for the next 3 years. 'About You' Survey
The 'About You' survey was sent out to all MDC tenants in November 2010 alongside their annual rent statements; the results of this survey will be used to ensure our services are more tailored to the needs of each individual area within the District.
