Service improvement and performance
We are responsible for the development and implementation of the tenant involvement framework which seeks to ensure all our services are and remain customer focused and are delivered to the agreed standards.
Research and consultation
We undertake research in order to support strategic planning and policy formulation.
This also includes the development, administration and analysis of customer satisfaction questionnaires in order to gather feedback that can be used to improve service planning and delivery.
