Housing Services Panel
The aim of the Housing Services Panel is to develop and sustain a quality housing service that meets the needs and aspirations of the majority of our customers.
The main objectives of the Housing Services Panel is to:
- identify service priorities
- identify the type, level and quality of service our customers expect
- set targets and work closely with the Housing department to identify initiatives aimed at improving service delivery
- continually monitor, scrutinise and challenge performance and the way in which we deliver services, ensuring appropriate and timely action is taken where necessary
All decisions made by the Housing Service Panel will be based on evidence collected through wider consultation, customer feedback and best practice.
