Housing
Mansfield District Council's Housing Department consists of Landlord Services, the Strategic Housing Service and the Housing Needs Service. Landlord Services manages just under 7000 council owned properties across the district and provides a variety of customer focused landlord services. The Strategic Housing Service looks at all housing across the district and not just council housing. The aim of the service is to ensure that we have good quality affordable housing that suits the needs of all residents in the district. The Housing Needs function provides advice and assistance to those in housing need, allocates council housing and provides housing related support.
