Application Fees Explained

You may be aware most planning and building regulation applications need a fee, some of the most common examples are shown below.

Planning Application Fees

Fee Regulations governing Planning Application Fees are set by the government and are the same across all local authorities in England.

Planning permission with conditions attached.

Where a written request is made for the discharge of one or more conditions imposed on a grant of planning permission a fee is payable. A further fee is also payable if, on completion of the development, written approval is requested that the development has been carried out in accordance with the approved details.
