£280,000 to play with!
The Council has secured £280,000 of lottery money to invest in play across the district.
After a 2 year process involving organisations and groups that provide play projects, the money was confirmed in December 2007.
4 projects will benefit from the money
- a multi-use games area in Church Warsop
- an adventure play trail in Ladybrook
- a skate plaza at Fisher Park
- two teams of play rangers to work across the district.
