Business Transformation
- The council approved the Business Transformation Strategy in September 2007 which has the principle objective of supporting, across the whole council, excellent value for money, customer satisfaction and outcome based performance underpinned by customer focused services.

- This Sustainable Community Strategy has been produced by the Mansfield Area Strategic Partnership (MASP) in conjunction with Mansfield District Council. It is the overarching strategic plan for Mansfield and links directly to both regional plans and strategies and to the plans developed at community and neighbourhood level. It is based on the things that Mansfield residents and businesses have told us are important and it recognises that whilst many positive steps have been taken towards the physical and social regeneration of the district, there is still much to do.
