Evictions (council housing)
If you have been evicted from your council accommodation it will be because you have breached one or more of your tenancy conditions. e.g. you have not paid your rent or you have caused anti social behaviour.
You can apply to us as a homeless person or family to be re-housed in a different location.
Each case is looked at on an individual basis.
We will interview you and make an assessment as to whether you made yourself intentionally homeless by taking actions that directly contributed to your eviction.
