You are entitled to be treated fairly, in a courteous way and without unreasonable delay when dealing with us. If you feel that this has not been the case, or that the Council has acted improperly please raise the matter with the member of staff concerned, the Council expects them to help you if they can.
If this does not resolve the matter you can lodge a formal complaint. You can do this by visiting our Complaints page and completing the on-line form. Alternatively you can pick up a 'Making a Complaint' information booklet from the Civic Centre, which outlines the complaints procedure and also includes the form.
