If you would like to call in at the offices to discuss matters in more detail, or to examine documents, we would be pleased to help, a duty officer is available during normal office hours (8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30 - 4.30pm Friday). However if you would like to speak to a specific officer it would be advisable to make an appointment, Main Reception is located on the ground floor of the Civic Centre.
If you need to make a cash payment this will have to be made at the cashiers desk. In order to avoid delay we suggest you make your payment prior to visiting the Main Reception area. Alternatively if you use credit/debit card or cheque as your means of payment for Planning, Building Control or Licensing fees these can be taken at the Main Reception desk.
