Massage or special treatment
A full licence is required for any premises being used for the reception or treatment of people requiring massage, electric treatment, radiant heat, light or electric vapour, sauna or other baths for therapeutic treatment.
The definition of electric treatment etc. excludes similar cosmetic treatments that are carried out by beauticians.
A limited licence is required for any premises being used by way of business for the hire of sun beds, solaria etc. for the purpose of treatment.
