Water Meadows History
Since opening in 1990, Water Meadows has been a major attraction. The centre was refurbished in 2002 with the addition of new facilities. The centre provides a wide range of activities during the school holidays and is an ideal place to visit in the poor weather to sample the sub tropical atmosphere of the Leisure Pool.

Parent and Toddler Swim Sessions
Water Meadows offers the chance for parents/guardians to take their young children swimming. The pool is exclusively for parents and toddlers please see the Parent and Toddler Session [536kb] poster for more information. We also have a parent and baby lessons as well.
Swimming Lessons
Water Meadows offers a substantial swimming lesson programme at the leisure centre. We have lessons for children of all abilities, even baby and parent lessons. Please contact the leisure centre directly for more information about our swimming lesson programme.
