End my Garden Waste subscription
Use this form to cancel your garden waste (brown bin or brown lid bins) collections and subscription.
If you have a Direct Debit instruction with us, this will be cancelled and you will not be charged next year.
Please be aware that cancelling will immediately stop all future collections at your registered address for garden waste.
No refunds are available for cancellations, please refer to the terms and conditions for Garden Waste subscriptions.
If you are moving to another property within the Mansfield district you can transfer your collection to your new address, please contact us on 01623 463 463 or email mdc@mansfield.gov.uk giving us your details, name, old address, new address, phone and email contacts.
Remember, you will also need to login and amend your MyAccount address when you have moved.
