If you want to share the reasons why you need to use a Warm Room, our partner hosts will listen, but they won't tell anyone unless you give them permission, or they must due to safeguarding policies.

Our Warm Rooms are welcoming spaces
Whenever you come to a warm space, you'll be given a warm welcome from volunteers and staff.
Everyone is treated equally and with respect
Everybody has a right to be warm and comfortable. Therefore everyone who comes to a Warm Room within the district is treated with dignity and respect.
It doesn't matter why you need to use a Warm Room
Every Warm Room is a non-judgemental place. Whatever the reason you have for needing to use one, you won’t be judged.
