SUMMARY OF REASONS FOR DECISION
The proposed non-material amendment to change from a gable roof to a hipped roof on the approved extension, as shown on amended drawings received 20/06/2012 accords with the objectives of Saved Policy BE1 and H13 [28/09/07] of the Mansfield District Local Plan meeting the appropriate criteria of this policy. In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority it will not have a detrimental effect on the residential amenity of neighbouring occupiers or the character and appearance of the dwelling. In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority there are no other material planning considerations to be taken into account that would warrant a decision at variance with the above.
