||SUMMARY OF REASONS FOR DECISION
The proposed non-material amendment to re-position a dwelling by 1m to enable the garages of plots 216 and 217 to be separated due to level differences, as shown on Drawing no H5928/100/01 Revision M, received 11th May 2012, accords with the objectives of paragraph 49 of the National Planning policy Framework and Saved Policies H2 and BE1 [28/09/2007] of the Adopted Mansfield District Local Plan 1998, meeting the relevant objectives and criteria. The amended development will not cause a detrimental impact upon the character and appearance of the street scene and the surroundings in general, or the amenity of neighbouring residents, nor impact upon highway safety and there are no other material considerations that indicate that a decision should be taken at variance with the above policy or guidance.
