||SUMMARY OF REASONS FOR DECISION
The proposed non-material amendment to increase the width of the right hand dormer window to the front elevation, as shown on Drawing no. 200412 received 20 April 2012, accords with the objectives of Saved Policy H13 [28/09/2007] of the Adopted Mansfield District Local Plan 1998, meeting the relevant objectives and criteria and the guidance contained within Interim Planning Guidance Note 2 ‘Extensions to Dwellings’. The development will not cause a detrimental impact upon the character and appearance of the street scene and the surroundings in general, or the amenities of the adjoining residents, and there are no other material considerations that indicate that a decision should be taken at variance with the above policy or guidance.
