We offer an assisted collection service for residents who need help to put their bins out for collection.
What we offer
Our operatives can collect your bin from your property and return it once empty, if you are unable to move your wheelie bins due to:
- age
- disability
- medical problems.
If your bins are usually stored behind locked gates, these must be left unlocked from 6am on your collection day. We are not able to return to bins that we have been unable to collect because of locked gates.
How to apply
This service is free of charge to people who qualify for it.
