SUMMARY OF REASONS FOR DECISION
The proposed non-material amendment to alter the roofs of the dormer windows to the front elevation to hipped roofs, as shown on the amended drawing received 20 July 2012 accords with the objectives of Saved Policy BE1 and H13 [28/09/07] of the Mansfield District Local Plan meeting the appropriate criteria of this policy. In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority it will not have a detrimental effect upon the character and appearance of the dwelling or that of the surrounding area. In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority there are no other material planning considerations to be taken into account that would warrant a decision at variance with the above.
